Return & Exchange Policy

Sapphire Whitening is committed to ensuring the safety and hygiene of all its customers; therefore, refunds and exchanges can only be obtained on products that have been returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange.

• Full name 
• Email address the order was placed with
• Product name you would like to return 
• Reason for return
